Garlic chives  are similar to traditional chives except they have flat, wide leaves and a mild garlic, onion flavor. This herb is popular in Asian cooking and can be used raw, cooked, as a garnish, or added to dips and sauces. Also known as Chinese Leek or Asian Chives.

Store dry in an airtight container in fridge for 2-3 days.
