Red Delicious Apples are bright, deep red in color, oftentimes speckled with faint white lenticels (spots). Its creamy white flesh is soft, slightly crisp, and dense, offering a mildly sweet flavor and slightly flora aroma.
These apples are best for fresh eating, as their soft flesh does not hold up well when cooked.
Our apples are from either Briermere Farms in Riverhead or the Milk Pail in Water Mill.
