RubyFrost apples are a new variety of apple! They are large in size and are bright red with a few light colored speckles covering the flesh. Slow to brown, these apples are the perfect balance of sweet and tart, deep and rich with a hearty crunch and ideal crisp texture.

These apples are excellent for baking in both savory and sweet dishes. Also good for fresh eating.
