Fairytale Eggplant are a mixture of miniature varieties of eggplant playfully named Hansel, Gretel, and Fairytale! Hansel are mini black eggplant with smooth, dark skin, Gretel is the solid white variety with tender flesh, and the mottled white and purple variety is called Fairytale. All these mini eggplants are tender, not bitter, and have very few seeds.
