Roasted daily in the husk, our Roasted Corn is great for parties! Eat it straight from the cob, or cut it off and make a corn salad. Since it’s already cooked, just remove the kernels from the cob and freeze it to enjoy our delicious sweet corn all year round.
Our own world famous corn is a crowd favorite at the Balsam Farm Stand. It’s sweet flavor and succulent crunch cannot be rivaled. Take some home and you’ll enjoy every bite until the last kernel is gone.
