Cinderella pumpkins are large, disc-shaped pumpkins with a flattened blossom and stem end. The deeply-lobed rind is smooth and bright red-orange, sometimes with a green-grey blush on its side.  Often is used for ornamental decoration, this pumpkins is also edible when cooked, boasting creamy and moist flesh with a mild and slightly sweet flavor.
