Honeydew Melon has a smooth and firm, pale greenish-yellowish outer rind. The crisp yet juicy flesh is pale green with the deepest shade occurring just below the skin. Our Honeydews are vine-ripened, sweet and flavorful, though once they are picked, they may soften but can no longer get any sweeter. Honeydew is high in vitamin C and B6.
